FROM THE PRESIDENT'S OFFICE - In just a few months, we will have been at Miracle Valley for 2 years. It certainly seems that time quickly flies by. Since our arrival at Miracle Valley, we have replaced numerous water and sewer lines, cleaned the property by hauling truckloads of rubbish to a local landfill, and tried to stay ahead of the mowing of the 80-acre campus. In addition, we have invested nearly $100,000 of our Ohio ministry money here at Miracle Valley.

Someone might ask just why Sister Harter & I are doing such things? Well, it simply goes back to that prayer closet in Stoutsville, Ohio where the Lord spoke to me to come to Miracle Valley and start a Bible College.

It has certainly not been easy here at Miracle Valley. We fight the devil nearly every day. Currently, for example, Cochise County Planning & Zoning Department is still trying to determine whether this property can be a Bible College or not? Real crazy huh? This is especially true when all that this campus has ever been (since 1958) a Bible College. We are praying they will make their decision in our favor, although it has been a long battle considering that we initiated the former application in October 1999. I ask that you pray with us because I believe this would be the best for all involved. However, if Cochise County Planning & Zoning Department does not decide in our favor, then we will be forced to file a lawsuit with the U.S. Federal Court and content that a federal law known as the "Religious Land Use and Institutionalized Persons Act of 2000," which became law September 22, 2000, allows us to operate Miracle Valley Bible College & Seminary on this campus.

Anyway, we have been holding college classes, as well as operating a Christian School, since the time we arrived. God is blessing and we are expanding everyday. Still there is much to do and we have such a short time to do it in. I covet your prayers.

Let me share with you a particular incident that occurred last January. John Cantral, Ray Atchinson, Ray Kemery, and myself met with the staff and board of the Cochise County Planning & Zoning Department. We had previously corresponded with them and we understood that our meeting would just be a formality. Shortly after our arrival, we quickly discovered that we were appearing before numerous sharks. It was a terrible meeting and we certainly were not prepared for such a venture. Brother Atchinson and Brother Kemery (both have been here since the early days of Rev. A. A. Allen) stated they would not have believed the way we were treated had they not been present at the meeting. Brother Cantral became very silent and it was one of the most depressive drives returning from Bisbee to Miracle Valley. Personally, I just felt like packing my bags and getting out of Cochise County during the drive home.

However, I believe the Lord spoke to me on the way and revealed 2 things to me: (1) Miracle Valley Bible College is the only answer to the world and to the general church world; and, (2) God has called me to Miracle Valley to start a Bible College for Him, not just any ordinary Bible College, but a Bible College that will put Holy Ghost anointed preachers - missionaries, pastors and evangelists on the field and these men and women will turn this world upside down for God.

God shared with me that He was counting on me staying with it. He reminded me of a man whom I had known; his name was J. F. Rolands of South Africa. Brother Rolands and his brother left England to become missionaries in South Africa. They both labored for some 7 years with no results. They had received letters from family and friends requesting them to return to England, however, they knew God had called them to South Africa. At the end of 7 years, J. F. Rolands' brother died and not one soul was won to Christ. Instead of quitting, Brother Rolands lunged out even in greater faith. He sold all of his possessions, took his monies and rented the largest auditorium in Johannesburg. He advertised his meeting and on the night he was to start his revival campaign at 15 minutes until 7 PM, there was not one soul in the auditorium. He refused to be discouraged. He knelt on his knees on the platform and began to pray. When he got up from his knees, the auditorium was packed. That night J. F. Rolands preached to a full house and over 1,000 came to the altar and accepted Jesus Christ. Today, there are over 87,000 people attending J. F. Rolands' local church.

Now remember, God brought all of that back to my mind, so instead of being discouraged by Cochise County Planning & Zoning Department, I requested Brother Cantral to bring into my office the various contracts regarding the Cochise County Telephone Book. I signed everything and committed ourselves to some $1,000 + per month regarding advertising.

We have the telephone book's back cover with all of our telephone numbers listed including the Reverend A. A. Allen & Lexie Allen Memorial Museum, Prayer Line, Visitor's Center, Church, etc. And in addition, we have the main insert cover along with numerous ads throughout the yellow page section.

I too have lunged out in faith and trusting God. In turn, the Planning & Zoning Department mailed certified letters to us stating their opposition to Miracle Valley and the yellow page ads, but I know the voice of God and I know that He has called me to Miracle Valley and that He will take care of His work.

Well, there is so much to share, but I do not wish to overwhelm you with so much information. I do, however, plan to send something on a weekly basis as much as I can so you will stay informed as to what is happening here at Miracle Valley.

Presently, I feel the Lord has called me to fasting and prayer. I don't know how long it may last, but I plan to continue seeking the Lord until He releases me. I start tomorrow on my 3rd day. I only drink a cup of black coffee in the morning and perhaps another cup during mid-day, along with water, but I believe God would have me not to partake of anything else. I only share this with you because I know that you are men and women of God yourselves, and I believe that perhaps God might call you to join with me in this endeavor.

I am hungry for a genuine move of the Holy Ghost and if Miracle Valley Bible College & Seminary is to become a powerful school that assists in the transformation of young lives into godly soldiers of the cross, then we must have God's power upon us. MID-WINTER CAMP MEETING - God has greatly moved in the 2001 Mid-Winter Camp Meeting here at Miracle Valley. Paul Cunningham ministered under a heavy anointing Saturday evening. The altars were filled and many received their healing and miracle. David Johnson ministered Sunday morning. He preached with a great anointing and the altars were filled again. Stanley Kennedy of Chillicothe, Ohio ministered Sunday evening (final service). Again, another great and outstanding service. Once again the altars were filled.

One of the songs sang throughout the Camp Meeting was "God Works Best When Nothing Else Will." You have been to the doctor and he just shook his head. You have been to the banker and he says no with no regret. God likes to work when your back is against the wall, and your fate is in the balance and you're just about to fall. Just remember that he blesses and heals. God likes to work when nothing else will. Apache Indians arrived and the congregation was greatly blessed. We praise the Lord that over $20,000 was raised in offerings and pledges. We know that God is moving once again in our midst.

Paul Cunningham shared with the congregation that he was present when the late Rev. A. A. Allen prophesied that God would move again with His Spirit in the last days. Also, Cunningham shared with us that Rev. Allen had a vision of another people that would come to Miracle Valley and that God would use them greatly.

PRAISE THE LORD! God is moving here in Miracle Valley at our Mid-Winter Camp Meeting. Dr. Dennis Robinson preached an outstanding message on the Holy Ghost. Such a tremendous anointing. The people were praising and magnifying the Lord. Thursday was Ladies Day. Betty Lujan spoke in the 10 AM service. Gloria Pearson, former president of Women's Aglow International from Manchester, England, was the special speaker for the Ladies Banquet during the 2:30 PM service. Lora Combee was the evening evangelist at 7 PM. God moved in a mighty way.

Fred E. Ray testified that he had an artery in his neck that was nearly completely blocked. His doctor said that he needed immediate surgery. Instead, Fred believed God would give him his miracle. His family in Ohio were very concerned and felt that he should have not come to Miracle Valley for the Mid-Winter Camp Meeting. However, as he learned of his terrible condition just 2 days before he was to fly to Miracle Valley, he told his doctor that he was going to Miracle Valley and get his miracle. Again, his family was upset that he would come because the doctor believed Fred would die if he did not have immediate surgery. But last night, Fred testified that he was completely healed by the power of God. Praise God!

Fred was checked by his wife and various others who could not find the blood clot in his neck. It was gone. His neck is not swollen any longer and Fred declares that God has completely healed him. He plans to return to Ohio next week and see exactly what his doctor says when the doctor finds there is no blood clot in Fred's neck.

MID-WINTER CAMP MEETING - We praise the Lord for His blessings upon our Mid-Winter Camp Meeting here at Miracle Valley. Some of those who have been ministering are Evangelist David Johnson from Florida; Africa missionary Gary Scurlock from Ohio; Pastor Stanley Kennedy from Chillicothe, Ohio; Rev. D. James Sweet, State Overseer from Ohio; Dr. Melvin Harter (President of Miracle Valley Bible College & Seminary) , Missionary John Cantral (Vice President of Operations at Miracle Valley Bible College & Seminary), and Dr. Dennis Robinson (Professor of Pastoral Department - Miracle Valley Bible College & Seminary) of Miracle Valley, Arizona; Pastor David VanArsdale of Columbus, Ohio; James Cunningham and Thom Cunningham of Oklahoma; and many other wonderful ministers.

We praise God for the $2,700 that was given to Miracle Valley during the first few nights. Last night, Dr. Harter received $8040.00 in offerings and pledges. God is moving at Miracle Valley. KMVB-AM radio (Campus radio station 1620) broadcasts each service live. There are 3 services each day, 10 AM, 2:30 PM, and 7 PM. Dr. Dennis Robinson also teaches on "The Person and Work of the Holy Spirit" each morning at 8 AM.

We had 7 people who came from England just to be in this camp meeting. God is healing and moving. People's lives are being changed by the power of God. UP-DATE REGARDING MIRACLE VALLEY - I want to let people know that we have removed the gym that was put in the tabernacle by the previous owners of Miracle Valley. With God's help, we plan to renovate this structure. We literally have to take it down to a shell and then bring it up-to-date. With much of the work going on, one can now see what the tabernacle looked like in its original state. When it is completed, it will be second to no hotel lobby. It will be the largest seating auditorium in Cochise County, Arizona. But most of all, it will be used for worship services where prayer for the sick and sinner will be available to all people.

We shipped a backhoe and dump truck to Miracle Valley from our ministry in Columbus, Ohio.

We are still having some problems from the Planning and Zoning Department of Cochise County in regards to zoning issues relating to Miracle Valley. We have been forced to acquire the services of a fine attorney in Sierra Vista.

An effort is being made to stop the work of God here at Miracle Valley. If they can get their way, there will be no Miracle Valley. However, we are pressing on for God. For example, after a recent county meeting, I felt quite discouraged. But I remember a man by the name of J.F. Rolands in South Africa who refused to give up, instead, he launged out in greater faith. Upon our return to Miracle Valley, we too stepped out on faith and signed the contracts regarding the yellow page advertisement in the Qwest Telephone Book. We purchased the cover page and also an insert. When the telephone book arrived, we received a certified letter from the county. Well, let me say that we got the devil mad.

By the way, there is a listing called "A. A. Allen Memorial Museum". Come and visit us at Miracle Valley. We are preparing for the Mid-Winter Camp Meeting next week. It goes 12 nights (January 24 - February 4). We will have lots of preachers preaching and there will be 3 services each day. Bring the sick and expect to receive a miracle. We already have 7 people who just arrived from England on the airplane. We are expecting a large crowd to attend. Our facilities are filling up quickly. Various people are driving in from Oklahoma and Kansas. I believe this is going to be one of the greatest camp meetings we have ever been in. God bless each of you. FROM THE SHANNERS - We want to share something very special with everyone who has an interest in Miracle Valley. First of all, our family traveled here from Pennsylvania for many years to attend Camp Meetings at Miracle Valley. Finally, we sold our farm in North Carolina and relocated to Miracle Valley. That was in 1970, shortly after the death of A. A. Allen.

Well, what I want to share with you is that we just had some visitors who came for a visit here at Miracle Valley. They said they could feel the mighty presence of the Lord on this ground. Their hearts were sadden by the disrepair of Miracle Valley and while they were praying, God spoke to them and said, "When the tabernacle is restored, I will once again restore My glory."

Tears ran down their faces, especially when they heard Dr. Melvin Harter say that the tabernacle is scheduled to be restored once again. 'O Praise God! We are excited about what the Lord is getting ready to do again at Miracle Valley. I hope you too will come again at least for a visit and you will see what we are talking about here at Miracle Valley.

Urbane Leiendecker (78 years old and still alive) was the Christian brother who donated 2 square miles of real estate to Rev. A.A. Allen all because God told him to give it to Brother Allen. The buildings currently on the land were constructed by Rev. Allen starting in 1958 throughout the 1960s. However, just a few months ago, Urbane Leiendecker said he had a vision from the Lord. In his vision, he and Rev. Allen were walking across Miracle Valley. Allen pointed to the various buildings, including the large tabernacle church and said to Leiendecker, "I want these buildings remodeled and fixed up again." As they continued to walk together, Allen pointed to his headquarter building that was burned down by arsonists and said, "I want this building rebuilt." Urbane Leiendecker sent word to our office and said that he knew it was God's will that Miracle Valley should be restored at this time again.

REGARDING DR. HARTER - Several ladies from Phoenix, AZ arrived in Miracle Valley on January 2, 2001. They requested a visit with Dr. Melvin Harter. The following is a transcript of the recording that was made in Dr. Harter's office. The transcript contains a message from the Lord regarding Miracle Valley today.

Hello. My name is Tina. I want to say that we were in a service this particular night and we heard this from Brother Allen's own mouth. And this was his prophecy of what he began to speak, and he said that he had this vision and that he seen another people here (Miracle Valley) and he said, "Gene, we were not those people. We were not those people. But I seen another people and they were young people and all kinds of people." He said they were all dancing across the road and he said, "I never had seen a people like that before." And he said, "There will be another people that shall come here in this area." And he said, "I have never seen nothing like it." So we are so happy because we believe.

Today we were going in another direction and we were led to come here (Miracle Valley). And coming here and sitting with Brother Melvin Harter today, I'm saying, "Well, Lord, are these the people?" Because many have come here and wasn't able to obtain it, but it bears witness with me right now that you can be the people. You understand? You are the no-names and no-faces. You did not know this brother. But you know what? You have the spirit of this brother because it is the Spirit of Christ. Remember Moses? Moses prepared Joshua what was to be carried on. And Moses was a type of Christ. Now brother, what I am hearing now is that God has prepared you for this. Halleluia! So you don't want to know nothing. You are not coming on to carry on Brother Allen. Halleluia! But you are coming on to carry on that which God begun. And you and Brother Allen are one. We are one here. I am standing here but I am hearing the Spirit say, "No, you were chosen for this. Don't seek to hear what Brother Allen heard. Seek to hear what I have to say to you." Do you know what I mean? If you do that you are not going to carry it on. You are going to be hung here trying to bring forth Brother Allen. You are not bringing forth Brother Allen. You bring forth the Christ. (Speaks in tongues) Do you understand? So you know what, you are no-names and no-faces. You will be known but you will be known as of Christ.

Restoration is yours as long as you keep the mind of Christ. Keep focused. Opposition will come. Remember Nehemiah. Don't come down. You can't come down. And God said He is going to send them and you have much needs right now. Need for this, need for laborers, need for money, need for everything, but God said, hey guess what? I'm telling you its already here. "Everything you need, you already got it." Halleluia! All you have to do is focus on Him and believe Him and bring it to yourself brother. And today I feel like it is loosed in you. You are free to walk and go forth and receive the vision. Walk the aisles, walk the roads. Halleluia! "Restore back, restore back," saith the Lord, "restore this, restore that." "And they are going to come once again," saith the Lord. You see what I mean? It was a miracle in the beginning and the miracle has not been completed.

But the Lord said you are the completion of this miracle if you stay with no-names and no-faces. And brother it is a pleasure to meet you and I pray that I meet you again.

PROPHECY REGARDING MIRACLE VALLEY & DR. HARTER - "Here ye, hear ye, this is the word of the Lord to Melvin Harter and his followers – I am He who has the key of David who opens and no one shuts, and shuts and no one opens Rev. 3:7. I shut the door here and no man could open it. Now I have opened the doors and no man can shut them thus will I reestablish my church and bible college and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it. *For those who may not realize it, I am the man who put Rev. A. A. Allen on television in 1952. I personally recorded most of the televison films for the Rev. Allen or "Doc" as I always called him. And I will say that I recorded some very interesting material - Oil appeared on people's hands, miracles as they occurred, and thousands of people coming to Jesus Christ. I am now 85 years old, in my right mind, and well acquainted with the Allens and Miracle Valley.

The Spirit of God came upon me and God gave me the above prophecy for Dr. Melvin E. Harter. God is moving here at Miracle Valley again. Praise God!

POOL OF BETHESDA - I wanted to share with everyone something very special. Contemplating on the Word of God, we believe the Holy Spirit has spoken to us to re-open what God had Rev. A. A. However, I want to emphasize the POOL OF BETHESDA to you. This is also located in the same facility. The POOL OF BETHESDA is designed for people who are ill or sick. Doctors may have given you absolutely no hope. Then come to Miracle Valley, Arizona to our POOL OF BETHESDA. Here a lovely room will be provided to you. Daily meals will be provided as well. But most important, prayers, scripture readings, gospel music will also be presented. This will allow you to build your faith so you can receive your MIRACLE or healing.

There is absolutely no set charge for this service. It operates totally by faith. Freewill offerings will be accepted. So if you are sick or diseased, contact our office (520) 366-1000 and request the information so you can come to the POOL OF BETHESDA and receive your miracle. In the words of Rev. R. W. MIRACLE VALLEY BIBLE COLLEGE & SEMINARY - God has spoken to our hearts here at Miracle Valley and we are obeying that voice. MIRACLE VALLEY - Sister Harter & I have been here now soon going on eight years. We have see a lot of progress during these years. There have been many spiritual mountains to climb and it has not always been easy. We have just concluded a Resurrection Glory Conference with David Herzog. A large tent was erected in the area between the highway and the tabernacle. People came from all over the USA to be in these special meetings. We have the tabernacle ready now for remodeling. We are praying that the Lord will touch someone's heart to help us. It will take nearly $40,000 to do the main tabernacle roof as well as the lobby. Although we have come a long way, there is still a long way to go.

We do have the Assisted Living Home in full operation. We have eight residents and should have another resident arriving soon. The Day Care Center should be open in the next week or so. March 19, 2007 is the proposed date for officially opening the childcare center. A special thanks goes out to everyone who has helped us with their labor and their finances.

We are now preparing to start completing our paper work to have a Charter School at Miracle Valley. We will have eight class rooms to start with, which will accommodate some 200 students. The community is growing each year. Over 300 homes are being built a few miles away, and 95 construction of other homes are scheduled to be underway soon in the other direction from the Bible College.
